support@neurovai.shop is the fastest way to reach us and the address that handles everything: orders, sizing, delivery, returns, refunds, cancellations and complaints.

We read it Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time and reply within one business day. Messages sent at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are answered on the next working day.

What to include

• Your order number, if you have one
• The item code shown on the product page, for example TJ-101
• For a size question: your usual UK size and which piece you are looking at
• For a fault or a wrong item: two or three photographs in daylight

Returns and cancellations

Do not post anything back before you have written to us. Email support@neurovai.shop first and we will send you the correct return address and a reference to put in the parcel. Parcels sent back without that reference can take much longer to match to an order.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, write to support@neurovai.shop with the word Complaint in the subject line. We acknowledge every complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within ten business days. If we need longer we will tell you why and give you a date.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you keep every right you have under UK consumer law, including the right to take the matter to your local Trading Standards service via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.

Press and suppliers

Use the same address, with Press or Supplier in the subject line. We do not run affiliate or paid-post programmes.

Where we trade

NEUROVAI is an online-only shop. We do not operate a shop counter or a collection point, so there is no address to visit. Everything is handled by email at support@neurovai.shop.
